- Fab-Tek Inc. generally ships all products with 24-48 hours of purchase. Items are shipped via FedEx and arrival times can vary depending on what you selected during the checkout process. Fab-Tek Inc. ships Monday through Friday, except US holidays.

WHAT can be returned We pride ourselves on the quality of our craft and stand by each custom fabricated product we make. If our product arrives defective, the customer can return it up to 10 business days after purchase.

- Working (non-defective) products
- Clearance items
- Items that were installed or attempted to be installed
- Custom fabrications

HOW do customers return items In the rare event of a manufacturer defect, please return the item and any installation pieces that may have come with it via shipper of choice. We find FedEx to be the best value for most of our items.
SHIPPING for returns On all returns, shipping rates are paid for by the customer.
REFUNDS for returns If the part is defective and returns it within 10 business days, the customer has the option to request a replacement part or a full refund of purchase less shipping and restocking fee.
In-store return option If you live in the Portland Oregon area, customers are encouraged to bring in their returned item. Fab-Tek is located at 5777 SE International Way, Milwaukie OR, 97222
Packing materials Items do not need to be packed in their original shipping box but it is preferred.
